SERVICE CHARGES 2011/2012

BERTHING ON HARD STANDING including hoist, handling and chocking	£7.25/ft
BEACH BERTHING Including handling and securing in berth	£2.85/ft
STORAGE Hard standing-per foot/month. Min 6mths	£5.80/ft/mth
Beach-per foot/month. Min 6mths	£3.65/ft/mth
Six months will be charged at lay-up. Time ashore in excess of 6 months will be charged on a monthly bases.
CRADLE HIRE Six months will be charged at lay-up. Time ashore in excess of 6 months will be charged on a monthly bases.	£378/6mths
MAST REMOVAL & STEPPING Including the removal/stepping and storage of the mast.
Boats up to 20ft	£94.55
Boats 21 – 26ft inc	£138.60
Boats 27 – 32ft inc	£170.10
Boats 33ft and over	£220.50
Disconnection/reconnection of mast electrics, removal/replacement of sails and rigging repairs will be charged at the hourly rate of	£40.35.

PRESSURE WASHING	£2.75/ft
ADDITIONAL WORK will be charged at an hourly rate of	£40.35
VISITING CONTRACTORS	£9.45 per ½ day £18.90 per day
