Boats For Hire

Enjoy sailing or motoring around the Carrick Roads and the adjoining rivers, visit Falmouth, see the Docks or go to the Maritime Museum. Go up the River Fal to see the large ships laid up, and perhaps stop off at the Smugglers Cottage at Tolverne for a cream tea.
The Bass Boat is an ideal boat for family day trips, it is 5.4 metres long and is licensed to carry a maximum of 6 persons. Life jackets are provided for both adults and children. The boats are on moorings off Freshwater Boatyard and tenders are available to access them.

Hiring Period: 1st May - 30th September

Please note: Hiring is subject to availability and at our discretion. It is subject to weather conditions and forecast also certain tidal conditions.

Rates:

Two hours - £45.
Half day (4 hrs) - £60.
Full day - £90.
2 Days - £165
3 Days - £246
4 Days - £288
Weekly rates are from £300 - £395 depending on time of season.
NB. For 2hr, 1/2 day, and 1 day hires fuel is included, for longer hires the hirer is responsible for returning the boat with full fuel tanks.

Prices per week:

27 May - 14 July £360 (deposit £120pw)
15 July to 26 August £395 (deposit £135 pw)
27 August to 30th September £315 (deposit £103 pw)
A discount of 10% applies to a second consecutive week
